Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address and display name. We do not receive your Google password or access other data in your Google account.

Account and session information. We maintain your account and session records in our own database to keep you signed in and associate your activity with your account.

Content you upload. Depending on how you use the Platform, you may upload manuscripts, payment proofs, or journal images. These files are stored with our file-hosting providers and linked to your account.

Order and payment information. When you place an order, checkout details, including items ordered and the amount due, are recorded in our database.

Communications. We send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and account notices, and, where you have opted in, referral emails through our email provider.

Name on certificates. If you complete a course, the display name from your Google account is printed on your certificate of completion. Please ensure this name is accurate before completing a course.

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and maintain their own privacy and security commitments.

Your account information is stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Uploaded files may be stored using Vercel Blob, UploadThing, or Cloudinary, depending on the file type. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, maintain secure sessions, and improve the functionality and performance of the Platform.
