These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aspiringpens.com (the “Platform”), operated by Aspiring Pens (SMC-Private) Ltd. (“Aspiring Pens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Platform supports Aspiring Pens’ publishing and educational activities, including manuscript and journal submissions, course enrollment, order placement, and certificate issuance.
You retain ownership of manuscripts, journal images, and other content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Aspiring Pens a non-exclusive license to store, process, and use that content for the purpose you submitted it for, such as manuscript review, publication consideration, or journal submission. You confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the amount shown at checkout. Order and royalty details are communicated to you by email. Except for book orders, which are fulfilled directly by the author, you may request a full refund within one week of your purchase date.
Certificates of completion display the name associated with your Google account at the time of issuance. It is your responsibility to confirm this name is correct before completing a course. Aspiring Pens is not responsible for certificates issued with an inaccurate name due to your Google account settings.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts, or interfere with the Platform’s normal operation.
All Platform content that is not user-submitted, including design, branding, and site text, belongs to Aspiring Pens and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The Platform relies on third-party providers, including Google, Neon, Vercel Blob, UploadThing, Cloudinary, Resend, and Bunny Stream, to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiring Pens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
